Gauge was the sire of Roxy's first litter, which produced Scout.
Gauge earned placement on 17 different field trial grounds. As a 9-year-old Gauge amassed 166 field trial placements, of those 54 were 1st place wins. 34 of his placements were from 1-hour Grand Open or Grand Amateur events.
In his career Gauge was the top scoring dog in the country 4 times, making him the winner of the prestigious Magnum's Masked Man Award. He is the only dog ever to win the award 4 times.

Just call me Eli is a son of the great 3 x National Champion Just Call Me Roy, inducted into the Brittany Hall of Fame in 2015. Eli's dam, One off Champagne Charlie, a superb upland dog, was sired by FC AFC Coos Riglee, the 2007 NE Grouse and Woodcock Champion and 2006 Runner-up National Grouse and Woodcock Championship. Eli won the New England, Tarheel, and Pennsylvania Championships. In 2020 he won the Garmin Shooting Dog of the Year award by a whopping 200 points.

Ron Harling Sr., a veterinarian, understood genetics and began an amazing line of Brittanys. He is in the Brittany Hall of Fame and Field Trial Hall of Fame. The Harlings have bred and trained championship Brittanys for over 60 years.
Magic is a big running dog, whose physical attributes and drive builds on Scout’s excellent gun dog abilities. When I asked trainer, Ben Lorenson, about a good stud dog for Scout, he only gave me one name, Magic. The pedigrees of both dogs connect to Black Creek National Champions as well as National Champions from Al and Cindy Cropek’s High Hopes lines.
